Terms of service

Updated October 3, 2026.

About Solutello

Solutello Inc. provides marketing, strategy, web, photography and video services. These terms explain use of our website and how our service engagements are organized. Our website is hosted on Shopify. Your service provider is Solutello Inc.

Your engagement

A contact request starts a conversation. The accepted proposal, order confirmation and terms of the selected offer specify the scope, deliverables, schedule, price, payment terms and any usage rights. An enquiry alone does not book a date or authorize paid work. We confirm availability and the next steps with you.

For an existing engagement, the terms accepted when it was concluded continue to apply. Changes to scope, fees or delivery arrangements are agreed with you; updates to this website do not change an existing agreement retroactively. Specific agreed terms apply to their engagement, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Prices, payment and third-party expenses

Prices displayed in Canadian dollars are identified as CAD or CA $. Applicable taxes and any approved extra costs are set out in the offer or invoice. The accepted offer specifies the payment schedule. Advertising budgets, subscriptions, travel and other third-party costs are included only when the offer states this. We clarify any additional authorized expenses before committing them.

Preparing and delivering the work

The offer identifies the information, access, materials and approvals needed from you, as well as the planned revisions and delivery formats. Please provide materials you are entitled to use and accurate information about your business. If a missing approval or a change affects the schedule, we discuss the consequences and agree on the next steps.

Digital files and services are delivered using the method agreed for the engagement. No physical parcel is required for a digital service unless the offer expressly provides for one.

Content and usage rights

The offer specifies the permitted uses of delivered photographs, videos and other creative work, and any third-party licences. Buying a service does not by itself grant rights beyond those agreed or available under law. Use of identifiable people, client material or work in a public portfolio follows the permissions agreed for the engagement.

Cancellations, postponements and refunds

See our cancellation and refund policy and the conditions of your selected offer. Portrait packages include their own detailed terms. Event and business engagements can have different arrangements in their accepted proposals. A condition agreed for one engagement does not automatically apply to another.

Website use and personal information

Use this website lawfully, respect other people’s rights and do not interfere with its operation. Information sent through our forms is handled as described in our privacy policy. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Questions and applicable rights

If something does not match the agreed service, contact us so we can review it and discuss an appropriate solution. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections, legal warranties or remedies under applicable law. Any agreed choice of law or dispute arrangements must respect those rights.
