Team portrait session bank

Choose your package and read the terms, then send your request through the contact form with your needs and availability. The photo session lasts 30 minutes for Professional Portrait or an HR session, and 45 minutes for Signature Portrait, including outfit changes.

Solutello agrees on the package, date, location and setup with you. Any necessary quote is approved before payment. Once these details are agreed, we provide payment instructions and confirm your session directly with you. Submitting the form does not automatically reserve an appointment or constitute payment.

For an already-paid HR bank, each participant contacts us and provides the company or order reference. Appointments and remaining sessions are checked manually before confirmation.

At Place Ville-Marie, the exact space and setup are confirmed with your appointment. Conference-room access depends on availability. Sessions at your office or another location require a quote. Travel, parking and any location-rental charges are disclosed and approved before payment. No additional charge is added without your agreement.

You receive a private proof selection within 3 business days of your session. Please submit your choices within 14 calendar days. A late selection does not forfeit your included photos, but it moves your delivery date.

Your retouched JPEG files, in high-resolution and web versions, are delivered within 5 business days after we receive your complete selection. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Québec public holidays.

RAW files, discarded shots and unretouched proofs are not supplied as usable final files. A crop or another format of the same image does not count as an additional photo. Additional images are priced and approved before retouching.

Retouching stays natural: lighting, colour, contrast, minor temporary blemishes and a few stray hairs, while preserving your appearance.

One round of reasonable adjustments to the delivered images is included. Send your requests together within 14 calendar days of delivery; included corrections are delivered within 5 business days.

Major transformations, body reshaping, composites and background replacements are excluded. Requests beyond the package receive a separate quote before work begins. This correction window does not limit your legal rights.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. There is no administrative rescheduling fee, and the new appointment is subject to availability.

For a later unexpected change, contact us as soon as possible. Arriving late may reduce your available session time without extending the next appointment. If the session can no longer be completed properly, we arrange a new date. Missing an appointment does not automatically forfeit your payment or an HR session.

You may cancel by notifying us. If no work has been performed and no approved special expenses have been incurred, your payment is refunded in full.

Otherwise, only work already performed, valued proportionately to the agreed price, and actual authorized expenses may be retained, as permitted by law. We provide an itemized statement; there is no flat cancellation penalty or automatically forfeited deposit. Any refundable balance is refunded within 14 days of cancellation.

If we must cancel a session, you may choose a new date or a refund for services not provided, without limiting your other legal rights.

Tell us what does not match the agreed service. We start with the included adjustments. If a technical problem attributable to us prevents delivery of the promised photographs and cannot be corrected, you may choose a focused reshoot at no extra charge or a refund for the affected portion.

A change of preference after delivery of conforming photos does not automatically entitle you to another session or a refund. Your legal warranties and remedies continue to apply.

Once paid in full, your package includes a non-exclusive, worldwide licence with no time limit to use the final photos in your professional profiles, social media, editorial coverage about you and your own company’s communications, including HR uses. This is not an exclusive copyright assignment and does not include selling the images to third parties.

Sharing with an employer or HR team and the intended uses are agreed with the person photographed. Purchasing someone’s session does not itself authorize publication of their portrait.

Solutello does not use your portrait in its portfolio, social media or advertising without your separate, express and optional permission. Declining does not affect your package.

The bank is assigned to the purchasing company and includes 5 individual sessions that may be used gradually. It has no expiry date or inactivity fees. Each session retains its advertised inclusions without a surcharge for a later increase in their price.

The company names the participants and may substitute a participant at no charge before that person’s session starts. The bank cannot be resold or transferred to another company without written agreement.

For refunds, each fully completed session is valued at CAD $240 before tax, without repricing it at the $275 individual rate. A partly performed session is valued proportionately under the cancellation terms above. The unused balance is refundable to the purchaser, with the applicable tax adjustment. Approved travel costs are accounted for separately.

These terms do not remove any rights provided by applicable law.
