The intention

Show the work. Hear from the team.

Your team can bring context to a job posting: the tasks, responsibilities and working environment. These subjects guide the interviews and scenes we plan to film.

The process

Planned with your team

  1. 01

    Define the message

We establish the audiences, roles, messages and filming constraints with your project leads.

  2. 02

    Film in the workplace

We prepare interviews and scenes with participants, within the spaces approved for filming.

  3. 03

    Edit and review

Editing and review follow the agreed scope, before we prepare the selected delivery formats.

Before we begin

A few questions before we start

Do team members need to memorize a script?

An interview-led approach does not require a memorized script. Prepared topics and questions can guide the conversation. We choose the format with your team before filming.

How do we prepare for filming at our workplace?

We identify accessible spaces, possible scenes, team participation and information that needs to stay off camera. Participant permissions also need to be arranged before filming.

Can the videos be used in a recruitment campaign?

Yes, when that use is included in the project. Tell us which channels you’re considering and whether paid advertising is planned so we can define formats, rights and required approvals.

Your project

Which role would you like people to understand?

Tell us who you’re hiring, which teams you want to feature and where the videos will appear. That gives us a starting point for your quote.
